You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@tastyritual.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. You will receive the return address after you have completed the model withdrawal form and sent it to us by email.
Please note: If you refuse to accept the products you ordered, you must bear the cost of return shipping yourself. This fee is €10.00 for all orders. Alternatively, you can accept the goods and send them directly to our returns center — in this case, no return shipping refusal fee will be charged to you, only the normal shipping costs for returning the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
A withdrawal immediately after placing the order is not possible, as our logistics center ships the order only a few hours after purchase. Only once the goods have arrived with you do you have the right to withdraw from the order. Furthermore, no refund will be issued if the goods are not accepted. The goods must be properly accepted and sent to the return address provided by us within 30 days so that we can refund you the full purchase price.
You also do not have the right to return products to us that have been soiled or used. For example: You have the right to test, try on, and inspect Tasty Ritual™ products within 30 days after receiving the goods, provided this is done in a clean and careful manner. However, you may not damage the products, use them improperly, or return them in a condition that makes resale impossible. If we receive products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, features, and functionality, you will not receive a refund.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
We do not bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to inspect their condition, features, and functionality.
